  I see a lot of bad reviews on here, but mine is not going to be a bad one. Mr. Kaufman is a very nice man if you don't go into the pawn shop acting like your items are worth more then they really are. ALL pawn shops take items for atleast half of retail, so if you go in expecting retail then you need to go somewhere else besides a pawn shop. Mr. Kaufman is very knowledgable about the items he is buying. So everyone getting upset is probably upset over not getting full retail price for the items. I had a great experience and I will be back!
